Water Heater Installation & Flushing

Tank or tankless, we install it properly and flush sediment so it lasts longer.

We install new water heaters and flush out the sediment that builds up in your tank every year. Sediment is just mineral deposits from your Magnolia water supply. It collects at the bottom of your tank and makes your heater work harder, waste energy, and fail sooner. A flush takes an hour and costs a lot less than replacing a heater that quit early.

When you need a new unit, we handle the whole job: remove the old one, install the new tank or tankless model you pick, connect the lines, and test it. We work with what fits your space and your budget. Most installs take a few hours. If you want annual flushing, we schedule it in the fall so you're set for winter when hot water matters most.

You get reliable hot water when you turn on the tap. No surprise cold showers. No leaks under your house. And if you keep up with flushing, your water heater lasts longer and your energy bill stays lower. We'll walk you through what we found and what we did, so you know exactly what's happening with your system.

What's included: New water heater unit (tank or tankless) with connections and testing; Removal and haul-away of old water heater; Annual sediment flush and system inspection; Temperature and pressure relief valve check; All labor and standard fittings for installation.

Questions

Water Heater Installation & Flushing — FAQ

How often should I flush my water heater?

Once a year is the standard. If you have hard water, which Magnolia does, annual flushing keeps sediment from piling up. We recommend fall so you're ready for winter.

What's the difference between a tank and tankless water heater?

A tank stores and heats water all day, so it's ready when you need it. Tankless heats water on demand, which saves energy but costs more upfront. We can explain both options and help you pick what works for your home and budget.

How long does a new water heater installation take?

Most installs take 2 to 4 hours, depending on your setup and what unit you choose. We'll give you a time frame when we come out and assess your situation.
