Bradbury Brothers Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Plumbing Fixture Installation

Toilets, faucets, tubs. We swap them out fast and test everything before we leave.

Fixture installation is straightforward work, and we do it right the first time. We handle sinks, toilets, faucets, showerheads, and anything else that connects to your water lines. Whether you're replacing an old fixture or adding a new one, we measure, fit, seal, and test everything so it works without leaks.

Magnolia's humidity and mineral-heavy water can wear out fixtures faster than you'd expect. We know the local water pressure and what holds up here. We use quality materials that handle our climate, and we make sure every connection is tight before we leave. No guessing, no callbacks.

You'll get a clean install with no water damage or mess left behind. We test every fixture before we go, so you know it's working. If something doesn't feel right or drains slow, we catch it and fix it on the spot.

What's included: Removal of old fixture (if replacing); Supply line connection and testing; Drain line installation and sealing; Caulking around sinks and tubs; Full pressure and leak test.

Questions

Plumbing Fixture Installation — FAQ

Do you install fixtures I buy myself, or do I need to buy from you?

You can buy the fixture yourself. We'll install it the same way. Just make sure it's the right size for your space and bring it with you when we come out.

How long does a fixture installation usually take?

Most single fixtures take one to two hours. If you're doing multiple rooms or the old fixture is stuck, it might run longer. We'll give you a time frame when we arrive.

What if the new fixture doesn't fit where the old one was?

We'll let you know as soon as we see it. Sometimes we need to adjust the supply lines or drain, which takes extra time and might cost more. We'll explain the options before we start work.
