We charge a diagnostic fee, but it goes toward the repair cost if you hire us to do the work. You'll know the price before we touch anything.
What if I have an electrical emergency at night?
Call us. We offer after-hours service for genuine emergencies like no power to the house or a burning smell at the panel. There's an extra charge for night calls, but we'll get someone out.
How do I know if I need a licensed electrician or if it's something simple?
If you're not sure, call us and describe what's happening. We can tell you over the phone if it's something you might handle or if you need a professional. Most electrical problems should be left to a licensed tech.
